Meet Kalie

Kalie Ann Fletcher is a self-taught abstract artist based in Hattiesburg, Mississippi creating original paintings for inspired aesthetes across the country. Following a 7-year career in Marketing and Higher Education, Kalie started to visualize her career as an artist and creative. In 2018, with life's ups and downs, words started to lose their meaning and art became a way to cope with hardships and difficult seasons. Kalie started using art as a creative and therapeutic outlet, which led her to help other women dealing with trauma. As God began to reveal opportunities, art became a way to give people a sense of hope and light in their homes.

Kalie's medium of choice is acrylic but she also experiments with watercolor and mixed mediums. She is drawn to the movement of legato abstract art and loves the free-flowing experience of creating something unexpected. Her canvases are pertinent to all seasons of life. She draws inspiration from music and the people around her. There is almost always an undercurrent of white within Kalie’s pieces, and she’s mostly drawn to a neutral palette that reflects a serene and warm experience. She resides in Hattiesburg, MS with her husband Stephen and their two boys, Jack and Cal.
